Step into a friendly Italian kitchen and spend three immersive hours cooking side by side. After a welcome tea or coffee, a skilled tutor introduces the flavours of Italy and the fresh herbs that define them. You will make silky-fresh pasta, punchy red chilli pesto, classic sauce pizzaiola and a crisp pizza cooked in a pan, using quality ingredients and professional equipment before packing up your creations to take home.

• Your voucher is valid for two people
• Available week round, year round
• This experience lasts around three hours
• Minimum age: 13 years
• Vegan and vegetarian menus and options for gluten intolerance are available; supplement charges apply for vegan or kosher menus, typically from £10 per day
• Please inform the venue of any dietary requirements at the point of booking
• Use of all cooking equipment and ingredients throughout the class
• Dietary requirements must be provided shortly after booking and allergies should be discussed with the provider at least 28 days before the class
• Guests must wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes
