Head to Silverwood with a plus one for a class that focuses on cooking through menopause. After a relaxed welcome and introduction to hormones and gut health, roll up your sleeves to prepare a colourful menu, from berry smoothies and breakfast muffins to roasted cauliflower, bright salads and protein-rich chicken and salmon dishes. Throughout the day, recipes and tips highlight flavours that fit into everyday, menopause-conscious eating.

What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• Your voucher is valid for two people
• Available week round, year round
• Please allow around five to five and a half hours at the venue
• Minimum age: 13 years
• Alternative recipes can be provided for vegetarian, vegan and gluten-intolerant diets
• There is a supplementary charge for vegan or kosher options due to additional ingredients; this is typically £10 per day for vegan menus and kosher pricing is confirmed case by case
• There is no disability access at this venue
• Please wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes; flip-flops and open-toed shoes are not permitted
• Guests need to bring food-safe containers to take home the dishes prepared
• Dietary requirements must be provided shortly after booking and allergies should be discussed with the provider at least 28 days before the class
• Changes made with less than 28 days' notice may result in the booking or voucher being forfeited
