Half Day Indian Cookery Class for Two at The Cooking Academy

Step into a spice-filled kitchen and learn to cook a vibrant Indian menu together. After a warm welcome and overview of key spices, a tutor demonstrates how to grind, blend and temper them for depth of flavour. You will create a black pepper and garlic spice mix, comforting Bombay potatoes, masala chicken curry and chana masala, using quality ingredients and shared workstations, then pack everything into containers to enjoy later.

• Menus are suitable for vegetarians, vegans and those with gluten intolerance; supplement charges apply for vegan or kosher menus, typically from £10 per day
