One Day Italian Cooking Class for Two at The Cooking Academy

Team up for a full-day Italian cookery adventure designed for two. After coffee and introductions, an experienced chef walks you through essential ingredients before you cook side by side, mastering fresh pasta with tomato sauce, silky risotto, crisp arancini and your own pizzas from handmade dough. With plenty of hands-on time, you both practise chopping, stirring and tasting as you go. Finished dishes are portioned into containers, ready to take home and enjoy together.

What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• Your voucher is valid for two people
• Available week round, year round
• This experience lasts around five to five and a half hours
• Minimum age: 13 years
• The class is suitable for vegetarians, vegans and those with gluten intolerance
• A supplementary charge applies for vegan or kosher menus; vegan options are typically £10 per day, with kosher pricing confirmed based on the class
• Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes; flip-flops and open-toed shoes are not permitted
• Use of all cooking equipment and ingredients
• Dietary requirements should be provided within 24 hours of booking and at least 28 days before the class for allergy advice
• Please inform the venue of any dietary requirements at the point of booking
• There is no disabled access
• Please bring suitable lidded containers to take home dishes prepared during the class
• At least 28 days’ notice is required to amend or cancel a booking
