About the experience
Enjoy a relaxing spa day at Mercure Sheffield Kenwood Hall & Spa. Your visit includes a 55-minute treatment of your choice, designed to help you unwind and feel refreshed. After your treatment, take your time out with a light lunch in a comfortable setting, then make the most of the hotel's Spa facilities, including the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. With robes, towels and slippers provided, everything is taken care of for a calm and enjoyable experience.
What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
- Available week round, year round
- Arrival is from 9am and departure is by 5pm
- Please allow six hours for this experience
- Families are allowed into the spa facilities and Adults only hours Monday-Friday 12pm-2pm
- Spa treatments are available to ages 14 years and above for facials, and 16 years and above for massages. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over
- The jacuzzi is available for ages 12 and above, and the sauna/steam room for ages 16 and above. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over
- Due to popularity please book 2-4 weeks in advance to receive your date of choice
- Please inform the supplier of any dietary requirements and health conditions at the time of booking

Expected more
We were expecting a better state of repair in the spa and venue. The jacuzzi had many of the grid parts removed or missing , there were tiles from the pool loose and removed around the edge of the pool. The floor was dirty in the pool area and the changing rooms.
Not a huge pool and only 6 loungers so lucky to get one to lie down and relax.
The massage was good with a lovely heated bed.
Food was ok.
Wouldn’t choose to return.
