1 night treat away
lovely old place, food superb, service and staff superb nothing too much trouble, the only reason for 4 not 5 is the bathroom could do with a makeover especially the shower, the pillows a bit lumpy and the bed ok but not Premier Inn standard bed

lovely night stay
We had just the 1 night stay at Charingworth but we really enjoyed it. The staff were really friendly and helpful and, we had a snack, an evening meal and breakfast, all of which were delicious. The room was spacious and lovely. We would happily stay there again.

Lovely place but organisation terrible
Lovely place - great location, amazing food and clean rooms albeit a bit dated.
Took 3 calls to book though as everyone I rang they said their system wasn’t working and they’d call back but never did.
Requested a quote for a room upgrade and was told there weren’t any available even though they were showing as available online.

Excellent hotel
Everything about this hotel was superb - the age and history of the building, the location, the gardens, the pool area, the friendliness and efficiency of the staff - and the wonderful food.
