What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
- Your voucher is valid for two people
- Available Friday–Saturday, year round
- Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is 11am; facilities can be used for the full duration
- After booking, you will be contacted by the spa up to two days before arrival to ask any required health questions and arrange any treatments that are part of your experience
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Please note, these treatments are not suitable for people who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- ELEMIS treatments can be substituted for any Jennifer Young – Beauty Despite Cancer treatment, designed for those living with and beyond cancer
- You have the option to upgrade your stay to dinner inclusive for £30pp

Awful
Not really a spa, no jacuzzi, sauna out of order. Air con in room not working. So room was unbearable, even with a fan which did nothing but overheat. Then finely went to have my treatments after waiting 40 mins. I found the spa manager who told me she tried to phone me in the morning ( no record of this) to say someone had phoned in sick and could I come back the next afternoon. Which I couldn’t. So the whole spa break was a disaster from start to finish.

Retirement Gift
Booking experience was poor as original booking didn’t go through and so missed preferred date. Had to contact customer services as couldn’t rebook. Treatment availability at the spa was poor. Hotel room was dated and tired and smelled of damp. Location was central and good for centre of Stratford.
