“Experience doesn’t exist/is not available”!
Struggled to get any assistance from buyagift in UK and was told the “experience” didn’t exist or wasn’t available despite it appearing on their website. Several staff promised to look into this and get back to me but I had no response until following this up afterwards. Had to deal with staff at Chateau myself both by phone and copious email. They had trouble with buyagift organisation and had to go through their head office to someone in buyagift France to get an individual agreement for the booking all of which took many days and numerous messages. Once agreed the staff at the Chateau could not have been more helpful and welcoming.
Chateau in a fabulous position in the Alps, with easy access to the village. Not very busy when we stayed so more or less had the, spa to ourselves. Restaurant was also very quiet.
