Glamping Pod Getaways

I honestly can’t highly recommend this place enough. Me and my partner broke down on the way hear and thought we wouldn’t make it to our booking. The staff were amazing. When we arrived late the staff were so friendly. The glamping pods are just what you need very spacious and look out onto the lake. So beautiful in a morning.

We went to the Dobbs weir site on the Friday afternoon and was greeted by a wonderful receptionist who booked us in swiftly. We had ordered a fire pit and was told that the site team would deliver it promptly which they did. The pod had a microwave fridge washing up bowl kettle and 2 cups. The bed once made is the size of 2 double beds so take 2 bottom sheets and 2 sleeping bags or blankets. Also pillows. Lovely little decking and a bench table. We took deck chairs as well. The fish and eels pub was an across the main road with a wonderful path around to it. Food and staff were great. (Probably better to book as very busy) We had a good night’s sleep and Saturday had booked our family in as day visitors as had a celebration so the fire pit turned into a bbq and was great. The staff were very friendly and couldn’t do more to help. Toilets clean and plenty of showers. The weather helped as had brilliant sunshine ?? all weekend. Suggest you take a water container and cutlery. All in all was brilliant and will definitely book again.

This is the fourth time going to Rodway Golf Club. Very friendly staff, golf course is beautiful and the pods are clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this ??

Great location, all needs met - will definitely go again

We were bought a glazing holiday for 2 for 1 night and chose Yapholm as it was near York for our 20th wedding anniversary. This place did not disappoint, it was excellent, the toilets/wash room were so clean and everything was so well kept, clean and tidy in our little hut. A truly wonderful stay. I was a little nervous about it but our host was more than approachable and happy to help should we have needed Thank you so much

A fantastic weekend

We were bought a one night Glamping. It was fab. So clean, everything you need for a night away. And so very peaceful. The facilities offered were amazing, the pool, bar area. Breakfast great at the Wildboar Cafe. Our only regret is that we didn’t book 2 nights. We will return.

Absolutely gorgeous place,such friendly staff.The pod was so comfortable & had everything we needed for our break .we loved everything about our stay ,beautiful location & spotless.
