The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. We were greeted with a welcome coffee, before a totally relaxed spa session and one of the best back massages I have ever had. Thank you to my gorgeous daughter for treating her mum and man.

Lovely gift for myself and my mum.

My husband and I arrived at 10.30 and used the gym for an hour , then nipped out for a bite to eat. Our spa slot was from 12.30 and our head, neck and shoulder massage was at 4.30pm which had been prearranged. We had 2 confirming emails beforehand. The staff were all very polite and accommodating. The complimentary water / juice /tea /coffee room was a welcome surprise too. The massage was gentle but relaxing. We went on a Thursday, it was not too busy at all. Everything was working - the jacuzzi, steam and sauna. There were children's swimming lessons around 5pm but we were getting ready to leave then anyway. All in all, a great day. (We had parked in a side street 10 minutes away as we knew parking was not free)
