Absolutely lovely day :) the staff were lovely the spa was amazing and the afternoon tea was very tasty :)

We had the most lovely day. Relaxing and enjoying good food. All staff were great, facilities spotlessly clean. Massage was excellent. Can't fault it.

Friendly staff, very clean new sun loungers and seating more out door seating which was great during this heat wave.Four very relaxing hours followed but afternoon tea lots of choice.

Lovely location, EXTREMELY accomodating. Jane was exceptional!! Nice decor, clean areas and very relaxing atmosphere. My friend and I both had back massage treatments. We have both had many massages in the past but can definitely say that we both had the best massages that we have EVER had. Jane was absolutely superb. You could really tell that she totally enjoys giving a fantastic service. You can order lunch and drinks which are brought to you. We had food from the menu, prawn jacket potato and cheese pannini, both of which were lovely. The jacuzzi area, heated benches steam room and sauna area are all very clean with attractive decor. Unfortunately today there was a fault with the sauna so it was unavailable bit to compensate for this we were given a free day pass to come back and use the facilities, which is an lovely gesture. All in all was a perfect relaxing day. Can't wait to return. Thank you team for a wonderful experience. ??

We just came back from our treatment, it was amazing. Sarah (the masseur) was the best I’ve had. She was absolutely amazing and I was very relaxed. Can highly recommend her

The hotel was gorgeous and the staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Had a spa day and it was so nice. The afternoon tea was really fresh. Would definitely recommend and we are going to go again. Thanks to Alison at the Spa who helped with booking us in at the right times.
