From the friendly welcome at reception to the treatments and food everything was perfect Would definitely recommend it to anyone

I was bought this for my birthday, we had a great time, the staff were friendly, the facilities were excellent. I had a back and shoulder massage which was the best I’ve had! We went on a hot day and were able to sit outside in very peaceful surroundings next to the pool. All in all a fantastic, relaxing day

not only was the show incredible, the seats were too and it’s a perfect gift !!

Just had a lovely and faultless Spa Day here ?? After being gifted a Red Letter Day voucher and choosing this venue as somewhere that I had never been before, that also had 4* + ratings in the RLD website, it has been the best decision of my year so far. Compliments to the staff, from confirming my booking, the Receptionist upon arrival, Spa, and Bistro - as I booked a Spa Day inc Treatments, use of the facilities and Afternoon Tea as a treat for my self as I am worth it ?? Special thanks to Sofia for an excellent back and body massage and scrub. The whole experience was well worth the drive out ??

Lovely spa experience and afternoon tea a delight

It was a lovely day, staff were amazing and a nice enjoyable experience. No jacuzzi’s but still fantastic.

The hotel was gorgeous and the staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Had a spa day and it was so nice. The afternoon tea was really fresh. Would definitely recommend and we are going to go again. Thanks to Alison at the Spa who helped with booking us in at the right times.
