The twilight spa at Shrigley Hall was amazing. The outside pool (in February) was a real treat. You could literally be anywhere!! A wonderful birthday treat

Great gift very enjoyable

Everything was straight forward and simple and just flowed. The staff were helpful and informative. Brilliant time overlooking nearly the whole of London. Obviously the weather was slightly cloudy up there but the view was second to none. We sampled a drink and it went to our heads as we were so high up.

Had the best time, great atmosphere & food was delicious! A real treat for my birthday!

Myself and my daughter went for afternoon tea at Marco Pierre White in Birmingham and have wanted to say that the atmosphere and the ambience of the setting was lovely, we could see for miles

The hotel is lovely, clean bright and welcoming. The staff were cheerful and polite and immediately mentioned that they were aware of the emails that I had earlier sent to them, telling them about my allergies. I gave them a paper, taken from Allergy UK, explaining everything about my BOP allergy, and they were not only interested, because no one had heard of it, but asked if they could print a copy off. They said that they would show it to the chef, but also keep it as future reference for any other sufferers. We were then shown to our table, and the chef, and serving staff had gone the extra mile to make sure everything was correct, even placing different items on my server that they knew I was safe to eat. It was a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon tea. It felt so special and the staff were so friendly and welcoming, that we felt like regulars. We will certainly be going back again.

This was the first time I’d been to a spa day and I wasn’t disappointed going to Greenwoods. The staff were warm and friendly from the moment we entered at reception, to the bar staff who served us drinks, the waiting staff at lunch, the beautician who did my treatment and the girls who worked at the spa were very accommodating and lovely. The package we had was a day at the spa, one treatment and a two course lunch. The full body massage was very relaxing. I’d recommend the heated relaxation room afterwards - lovely touch. The two course meal was incredible and could not fault. The food was amazing and delicious, very good value for money the staff were friendly and faultless. The spa was nice and clean and was very relaxing and just what we needed. I will definitely going back again and will recommend to friends and family.

We went to the Brent x branch and it was just lovely. A great selection of sandwiches and scones. With cakes and free refill tea and coffee. The staff were polite and efficient . My 8 year old granddaughter loved it, and we would definitely buy this again.

The treatments (facial & Indian head massage) by Ruby was amazing. Just what was needed, I did not want it to end. The rest of the facilities were great too and the lunch was incredible.
