The Cotswold Distillery tour and tasting was perfect, the place was idyllic and the staff were excellent and gave the impression they were proud to work at the distillery. Sarah our your guide was fantastic. we couldn't fault anything and will definatley return again.

Excellent restaurant

Our guide, Dave, was extremely knowledgeable about the distilling process but, more importantly, was able to communicate that information clearly to absolute novices. He was welcoming and engaging, and took care to check that a lady who couldn’t use the stairs was okay during our absence on the tour. Fully recommend this experience, particularly as the last phase of it is tasting their absolutely delicious products!

What a brilliant night with the guys from The Brewhouse and Kitchen in Nottingham. Well organised and informative, we sampled 5 whiskys and beers (4 of which were brewed on the premises) and had a real laugh along with all of the information. Our meals were excellent and I can fully recommend the whole experience.

The Japanese Whiskey Tasting masterclass was even better than expected. The staff were extremely welcoming and the host was so knowledgeable about the history of the whiskeys, really engaging experience. Took place at the bar so a nice intimate masterclass. Definitely would recommend this experience.
