Lindy Smith combines a passion for design and a love of baking to create some of the most intricate and scrumptious looking cakes you will ever lay your eyes upon. You will be able to take in all of her expertise with this fascinating and friendly half day cookery class where you will learn a range of tips and techniques to create your signature bakes. During this experience you will choose from a number of classes including celebration cake decorating, cake carving and decorating and mini cake decorating. You are sure to take away a wealth of knowledge from this experience, and then share your creations with friends and family!
