Two Night Stay for Two at Lifehouse Spa & Hotel 10996438

2 night break away with my husband. Felt welcomed from the moment we walked in. Hotel was lovely, rooms were clean and spacious. It was a little warm in the rooms and only had a little fan but that was the only downfall. Food at breakfast was plentiful. It was nice they you do not have to keep changing when going go breakfast/lunch. The spa was great, plenty of loungers and also had an outside if you wanted to catch a few rays. Would highly recommend

The stay was good value for the price we paid, although meals and treatments are expensive. The surroundings are pleasant and there is a nice relaxing atmosphere. If you have mobility problems check before you book, accessible rooms are a long way from the main facilities so are only suitable for wheelchair users, not those who have walking aids.

Beautiful hotel in gorgeous grounds. The staff cannot do enough for you. It is clean in all areas of the hotel. The cleaning staff are brilliant. The hotel is spotless. The rooms are gorgeous with comfy beds, toiletries, fluffy robes and towels. Tea and coffee making facilities. There is also water provided. A table and chair in the room so I sat looking at the beautiful view with a coffee in the morning. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are delicious. A 4 star menu. The cocktails are delicious and the waiters bring you drinks in the spa area, outside restaurant and by the lovely lake, where there are sun loungers. Its peaceful by the lake and a perfect place to switch off. The gardens are beautiful well maintained. When you check out of your room at 11am a locker is provided with fluffy towels, toiletries, hair driers, straighteners and showers, so you can continue to enjoy your stay until 6pm. If you want a 4 star stay this is the place. I absolutely loved it from collection from the stay until my return to the station.

We had a lovely 2 night break at lifehouse. Easy to book with great commuication from Lifehouse. Great spa facilities, relaxing atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was lovely with friendly staff to help you if needed. Beautiful grounds for a walk. The best, and most relaxing facial I have ever had. The only negative I have is the rooms are very hot, the hot weather did not help this, but on the plus side we had the lovely weather in the day to be relax on a lounger in the lovely grounds.

I am generally very sceptical of companies that don't give out a Customer Service phone number, I like to know I can get in touch on my terms. I used the chat, there was a queue that went down quickly (and I was obviously doing other stuff at the same time, so no waste there) When the operator came on, he was switched-on, polite, helpful, he took ownership of my problem and solved it. I am not somebody easy to please but I will always acknowledge good service and this is definitely what I got. I will use Buy a Gift again because of this standard of service

My Husband and I have just had a 2 nightstay at the Life House spa.I have been before but my husband didn't fancy it at all.But it is the night before we leave and he is already talking about a return visit . we've had a lovely break.Our room was nice and clean as we're the communal areas. We ate here and the food was lovely,but it would have been nice if the menu was a little more varied. Thankyou Buy a gift and Thankyou Lifehouse spa.
