What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
- This experience is available for two adults and two children
- This experience is available week round from 27th November to 3rd January, excluding 25th December
- Afternoon tea will be served between 2:15pm and 5:15pm
- Minimum age is 10 and must be accompanied by an adult if under 18
- The terrain is natural with some steep hills, but ramp and step-free access is available in certain areas
- Please wear seasonally appropriate clothing and comfortable footwear
- All dates are subject to availability

Great day out
The day out was great in all respects. But we had been given a gift and could choose anything up to the gift price. We knew we had to buy the experience before Sunday, but thought, due to all the BuyaGift pages saying, 'valid for a year', that once noted it was valid for a year. No. The experience had to be taken by the expiry date too and that's not made clear enough. Luckily we had decided to do it now so did not lose out. It costs £20 to extend the voucher. So I'd say, don't bother with an open voucher that can be used for anything, get the experience itself. Added to which, I was emailed a load of cheaper offers for the same experience but couldn't use them as I had been given a gift voucher. It was all a bit frustrating, but the day out, seeing the animals and tea were great.

Me and my daughter came for the gorilla encounter today 29/6 what amazing experience to feed the silver back and his family ontop of there enclosure. It was an honour. I can’t recommend this experience enough. We had the best day. Thank you port lympne zoo I salute you
