Spa - good. Buyagift - bad
Apologies in advance to Albrighton as I’m not clear on what I’m being asked to review here and my negatives are aimed at buyagift.
The spa day was lovely. I think the pool area could do with a tart up but it was still nice. The jacuzzi wasn’t working (which we knew about ahead of time but still isn’t good) and neither was the aroma sauna (which we didn’t know about ahead of time). The afternoon tea was nice but nothing special. The massage and the facilities in that section were incredible though, I can’t fault that at all.
Buyagift’s service was poor and we never got an answer to the complaint we raised. Ended up going to the hotel directly via Facebook who sorted it all out.
