Spa Breaks in the West Midlands

Included in the voucher were 2 25 mins spa treatments- we upgraded one for £10 and the treatments were exquisite! Check in to the hotel at 3 but spa facilities access from 9am until 8pm the following day... there alone we got our monies worth. Free room upgrade AND half board (£25 each off the evening meal) was a very pleasant surprise especially as the food was delicious and sustainably sourced. The room was quiet and spacious with lots of luxury extras like slippers, robe, l'or coffee machine. Just a beautiful break away, we will definitely book again

When we turned up we thought why is the spa near an aldi, but we were so pleased when we arrived. I was delayed due to a motorway accident and they moved my treatment to the next day without bother. The staff were friendly and helpful, the spa was lovely, and the food was fantastic. We had a lovely break, thank you for making it a lovely birthday treat.

From the moment we arrived it was beautiful. The grounds are stunning, staff approachable friendly and informative. Room was spotless so we're amenities. Highly recommend and we shall definitely return.

We have just returned from our over night stay and have had a lovely couple of days. My treatment was perfect, the food delicious and as ever, the staff were friendly and attentive. I did notice that there seemed to be staff sat around, working on laptops and taking teams calls in the grand salon which was a little off putting when you’re there to relax. Other than that, it was perfect!

This was a birthday present for my darling husband, including a spa treatment. Everything about the break was perfect! The staff are amazing, the hotel and grounds are stunning. We met lovely people and will treasure the memories!

We had a lovely time. The room was lovely , had a balcony that opened out to the canal . The food in the restaurant was amazing . The spa was lovely and relaxing and had plenty of treatments on offer . We would definitely rebook to do it again

Perfect quite location lovely food and great spa

Wow! Purchasing the voucher with Buy a Gift was easy! I emailed with a few questions and got a prompt reply. The booking with the venue was excellent, staff were knowledgeable about the Buy a Gift offers and the process. Availability at the Belfry was good and it was easy to sort everything. Loved the email offer to bid for a room upgrade and so glad we did. Really impressed with the level of service, the hotel, the room, the view (we had a Double Double room) was fantastic! The Ryder Grill was just beautiful and the food was exceptional! Again, the staff couldn’t do enough and were friendly, polite and professional. The Fire & Ice experience was also fantastic! Loved every minute of it and highly recommend it! We will definitely be going back! It was also my friends birthday and the special little touches just added to the whole experience!

Amazing hotel and amazing facilities. The 3 course lunch was absolutely delicious and really did exceed expectations. Definitely hoping to return in the future. Our package didn't come with a treatment which we had to add on for £75pp; however my mum did mention that this was the best massage she had ever had (done by Catherine). It did however come with the fire and ice included which was great however we didn't get our full time as the lady let us in late and we had a treatment booked straight after. Apart from this, was an absolutely perfect get away with my mum for her birthday.
