Brilliant gift
Loved my back massage. The whole spa was relaxed, clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Champagne afternoon tea was everything you'd expect at the Midland Hotel. Will definitely come again and recommend it.

Mum & daughter spa day
From arriving at 9:45 we had the most wonderful experience. We both had back shoulder neck head & scalp massage which was absolutely amazing . Felt so relaxed the relaxation room is amazing as is the pool sauna & steam room. All staff were so helpful and very professional. We had a light lunch afterwards and the food and service was again outstanding.

The best gift
My friends treated me to this gift for my birthday and it was one of the best gifts I’ve been given. The spa was so lovely, with complimentary tea and coffee, robes and slippers included and the lunch was very tasty too. They even had non alcoholic bubbly for those who don’t drink. My treatment was amazing. Almost put me to sleep. I must book a room here and come back.

Birthday gift
Lovely hotel. Easy access. Friendly approachable and attentive staff throughout from reception to waitress serving our afternoon tea. Arrived at 9am so spa was quiet and perfect for the recharging we both needed. Facial and scalp massage/ arm &hand massage were wonderful. An experience that will be repeated.
