The spa team were very helpful when we made the booking they explained everything very clearly on the day we had an early call to say that due to a fault the swimming pool was out of action and gave us the chance to rebook or carry on with our booking and receive a comp voucher for another day however when we arrived the pool situation had been rectified the spa ladies were very friendly and made you feel comfortable our lunch was very nice and we enjoyed the pool the steam room and sauna there were plenty of changing cubicles my daughter and I enjoyed the day we liked the not too posh relaxed feel of the place we would go again

Amazing massage! Mind blown :)
I went there for a 60 Minute massage for 'a bit of a treat'. Little did I know who good they are at their job! I'd say probably the best deep tissue full body massage I had.

A well run relaxing day.
I added the same package for my wife so we could go together. Everything was very well explained and simple to follow. I didn't thing the 2 course light lunch would be enough but I was full at the end of it.
The staff were all very friendly and polite so would well recommended the Spa package.

Just had a lovely and faultless Spa Day here ??
After being gifted a Red Letter Day voucher and choosing this venue as somewhere that I had never been before, that also had 4* + ratings in the RLD website, it has been the best decision of my year so far.
Compliments to the staff, from confirming my booking, the Receptionist upon arrival, Spa, and Bistro - as I booked a Spa Day inc Treatments, use of the facilities and Afternoon Tea as a treat for my self as I am worth it ??
Special thanks to Sofia for an excellent back and body massage and scrub.
The whole experience was well worth the drive out ??

The best gift
My friends treated me to this gift for my birthday and it was one of the best gifts I’ve been given. The spa was so lovely, with complimentary tea and coffee, robes and slippers included and the lunch was very tasty too. They even had non alcoholic bubbly for those who don’t drink. My treatment was amazing. Almost put me to sleep. I must book a room here and come back.
