The spa team were very helpful when we made the booking they explained everything very clearly on the day we had an early call to say that due to a fault the swimming pool was out of action and gave us the chance to rebook or carry on with our booking and receive a comp voucher for another day however when we arrived the pool situation had been rectified the spa ladies were very friendly and made you feel comfortable our lunch was very nice and we enjoyed the pool the steam room and sauna there were plenty of changing cubicles my daughter and I enjoyed the day we liked the not too posh relaxed feel of the place we would go again

A well run relaxing day.
I added the same package for my wife so we could go together. Everything was very well explained and simple to follow. I didn't thing the 2 course light lunch would be enough but I was full at the end of it.
The staff were all very friendly and polite so would well recommended the Spa package.

A Relaxing treat
Limited options ti use voucher in local area but the Stratton House Hotel Spa was a real luxury and I really enjoyed my relaxing mud wrap treatment and use of Spa facilities. The staff were professional and helpful and the afternoon rea was delicious. Would definitely recommend.
