We received a buyagift voucher and chose to upgrade it which was a very easy process and was booking the meal at our chosen venue. The meal was very good and the venue managed the voucher process without any difficulty.

Wvery aspect of this experience was excellent. Booking was straightforward and staff helpful. Sadly we had to cancel and re-book later but as soon as I explained this, staff were so helpful and made this easy for us.
The venue was lovely and every member of staff we encounter was professional yet friendly. The service was exceptional and our waiter was the best I have encountered for a long time.
The afternoon tea was lovely, beautifully served and very tasty.
I have nothing but praise for every aspect of this experience. Excellent value and I would recommend highly.
