Great choice of venues and the booking process was very straightforward.

Lovely venue at Stan hill court although an extra supplement was needed above the price of the voucher. Good venue, good food and a free upgrade for a wedding anniversary although no reference to the anniversary and no other freebies which we usually get from Other hotels! Menu wasn’t huge but the food was excellent and really well presented. Lovely location although you have to pay £10 for parking above the cost of the voucher and the extra charge!

Murder 57 was a fab night. Actors were really good and stayed in character all night. Great fun.

We stayed for 2 nights in a lovely room. We arrived on Sunday and sampled the Sunday lunch - which was so good, so we were looking forward to the breakfsdt the next morning. We was not disappointed - the full Cotswold breakfast was delicious. The breakfast room was such a joy and the gentlemen who was there each morning, made sure our breakfast met our expectations! The Inn for all Seasons is a really gem and we will definitely be returning.

Booked this as a gift for my husband and we both went together. Beautiful pod with its own fishing peg, clean and warm and so comfy, small fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster and a little bit of storage space was absolutely perfect just for the night or possibly 2. Met the owners and they were absolutely lovely and really helpful couldn’t ask for more! Toilet block was a very short walk away with a little washing up station they were absolutely immaculate. Would definitely recommend.

Everyone at the lifehouse spa was really friendly and professional, my husband and I both had a 55 minute massage which was amazing. Food was really nice, and we had a lovely room with a great view.

We went here on my birthday, and it was absolutely amazing. I cannot praise the staff highly enough, who went above and beyond to make it very special for me, from a room upgrade to a four poster , very large room, to balloons and a card in the room. There is free WiFi in all areas. Evening meal was really good, we chose the ribeye steaks which were cooked to perfection. Breakfast the next day was very good, with a choice from the buffet. We were allowed to leave our car in their car park while we went into Chester for the day, as there are bus stops almost outside the hotel. Please remember that this is a nineteenth century hotel, not a modern travelogue, and as such has quirks (which we love). All in all a fantastic birthday with remarkable staff.

Amazing stay, the owner Steve could not do enough for us. Breakfast amazing, room clean and comfortable and The Lakes wet and wonderful as usual. Would not hesitate to stay here again!!

We have just returned from our over night stay and have had a lovely couple of days. My treatment was perfect, the food delicious and as ever, the staff were friendly and attentive. I did notice that there seemed to be staff sat around, working on laptops and taking teams calls in the grand salon which was a little off putting when you’re there to relax. Other than that, it was perfect!

The whole experience was a delight. Room very clean and bed very comfortable. Food excellent.
