Joint birthday treat for myself and my bestie. What a lovely hotel and spa. We had 50 minute treatment, evening meal and breakfast. Can not praise it enough the staff absolutely fabulous nothing was to much trouble, so polite and friendly. If I have one complaint it was that there was lots of lockers that were not working. I would highly recommend this Fabulous hotel.

Had a great time at the murder mystery evening at the Elmbank York hotel. It was an entertaining and funny dinner, and the event felt pretty immersive and interactive with the actors sitting with all the guests.

I brought this experience for my husband’s 50th Birthday surprise. We had a fabulous stay, the staff were exceptional & really stand out, especially the restaurant manager (Ruby I think) who went above & beyond to ensure we had a wonderful evening, she is such an asset to the restaurant. Our food was delicious, wine was good & service impeccable. Our room was ok, we were hoping to be in the main building, it were in the Priory which is a separate building, the room needed a little TLC, especially in the bathroom, it was overall clean & comfortable with a beautiful window seat. We had a lovely stay.

Wonderful interactive experience engaging with actors, clever plots, and opportunities to mingle with fellow participants.
