We went to Bristol Harvey Nichols as the London option wasn't available. It was very easy to book. When we arrived the staff were very welcoming and attentive. The menu choice was really good which i hadn't expected as it was a set menu. We could pay extra for extras if we wanted to. We had a 2 hour time slot,but didn't feel rushed. Overall it was a lovely experience and I would highly recommend.

The Spa was as you woudl expect with The Bannatyne we enjoyed our experience and got to use the facilities. The treatment was good and we got a free voucher for my husband to return. There was the option to do a class also.

Had a lovely tea yesterday in such a beautiful setting. We decided to order one savoury (for which there was a very small additional supplement) and one traditional afternoon tea as we couldn't decide which to have! We really enjoyed both and shared them. The staff were very good and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Make sure you allow time to walk round the lovely grounds before or afterwards as parking is £4 for 8 hours so you may as well make a day of it!
