What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• Your voucher is valid for two people
• Available week round, year round excluding Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays
• Check-in from 3pm and check-out by 11am, with spa access available until 12pm on the day of departure
• The venue has disabled access
• Minimum age: 16 years
• Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult to access spa facilities
• Spa treatments are only for people age 18 or over
• If you have undergone surgery within the last six months, please seek medical advice before attending
• If you are undergoing medical treatment or are pregnant, please inform the venue as services may need to be adjusted
• If you are undergoing cancer treatment, written consent from your consultant is required
• Please inform the venue of any dietary requirements at the point of booking
• Suitable footwear is not provided, please bring your own or purchase single-use flip-flops on the day
