• Available Monday–Friday, year round, excluding the Christmas and New Year periods and Valentine's Day
• Please book 4-6 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment
• The spa is open from 10am–6pm
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Please discuss any medical issues or dietary requirements at point of booking
• Robe and slipper hire is available for £6pp
• Please bring your own swim and gym wear
• Unfortunately, this venue is unsuitable for wheelchair users
