• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• Your voucher is valid for two people
• Available week round, year round
• Minimum age is 18; under 18s must provide written consent from a parent or guardian who must also accompany them
• No children and no pets permitted
• It is optional to arrive two hours early to enjoy the spa facilities
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your treatment
• The venue has disability access via the front entrance with automatic door, and lift to all floors
• Please inform the venue at the time of booking if you need assistance or prefer a step-free room to accommodate your needs
• Robes and slippers are provided
• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations for couples and small parties; larger groups of four or more must provide one week’s notice for cancellations or changes. Please refer to your booking and rate plan for your specific cancellation policy.
• No-shows or late cancellations will be charged in full
• Deposits are non-refundable
