This was great fun, the goats were suoer friendly and the yoga was easy to follow

The hot tub was not working properly as the jets don’t work

From start to finish was fantastic. Pleasant staff, Therapist Becca was amazing giving me an awesome facial and back and shoulder massage. Had a wonderful Tea with selection of various sandwiches and scones. On the whole a very special treat for myself on the day and worth every penny spent.

Lovely treatment

I was given this experience as a Christmas gift and I am kicking myself for not using it more quickly! I booked on Wednesday for the weekend and was really surprised at how easy the booking process was. I had some queries about the timings and these were dealt with quickly and efficiently by Stratton House staff. They checked dietary requirements before our visit so the afternoon tea was ready without the last minute need to avoid using any product with coconut in (my husband has an allergy). The scones, sandwiches and cakes were delicious. The spa its self was clean, had a really relaxing atmosphere and was not overly busy! It was a hot day so we spent most of the time sitting on the sun loungers in the sun. The jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and showers were not busy so we could use them as and when we wanted. We opted for the back to life treatment which consisted of a back exfoliation, mud mask and massage. We both enjoyed this. All in all a really enjoyable day!

Lovely setting that would benefit from some TLC Friendly and helpful staff . The therapist and the treatments were lovely as was the afternoon tea. Will definitely recommend this spa experience and will be re booking myself soon

Very enjoyable afternoon- the treatments were very good - the hotel surroundings were pleasant the staff attentive and the afternoon tea was delicious but the spa itself was very small - no pool - despite this good for a relaxing afternoon

We’ve been about 5 times over the years & being totally honest, the last couple of visits have been fine but the spa was looking tatty as were the big pool beds. We went yesterday & everything was better, revamped changing room, warmer temp in little pool, newer beds at the big pool & music, lights etc all fully working in all rooms. We really enjoyed it & the afternoon tea was fab as it always is. Staff were welcoming & helpful & we will visit again, thanks
