Great day at Berystede Hotel. The afternoon tea and treatment included worked very well. Nice relaxing day, not over busy even at a weekend. If anything needs improving it’s the sandwich content, very cheap fillings for a very nice hotel. Tuna Mayonnaise was just a paste. Very thin ham. Nothing special but were edible. Cakes and scones were nice.

Was very relaxing environment. Very professional and friendly service. Afternoon tea very delicious.

Went with a friend to Botley Park Hotel and had such a lovely day. Had a massage and facial and it was so relaxing ????

From the moment my daughter and I attended we were treated kindly and promptly. All the staff are very pleasant and and cheerful. The massage and facial I had was amazing I left feeling so relaxed and glowing. It's was also nice to use the thermal rooms and pool. Afterward we had lunch which was beautifully presented. The food and coffee was so tasty. And also the staff were very obliging and asked if we had any dietary requirements. All in all an amazing day. Will definitely be back

The spa team were very helpful when we made the booking they explained everything very clearly on the day we had an early call to say that due to a fault the swimming pool was out of action and gave us the chance to rebook or carry on with our booking and receive a comp voucher for another day however when we arrived the pool situation had been rectified the spa ladies were very friendly and made you feel comfortable our lunch was very nice and we enjoyed the pool the steam room and sauna there were plenty of changing cubicles my daughter and I enjoyed the day we liked the not too posh relaxed feel of the place we would go again

Fabulous spa day. We were lucky to have a sunny day so made full use of the outside pool and grounds. Spa was lovely and clean.. towels and robes provided. One downside is the pool loungers are very uncomfortable so take a cushion (other had) Treatments were lovely and well organised and the lunch was delicious.

We went for my daughters hen do 5* easy to buy and use brilliant will definitely use again.

It was lovely going to this hotel for the day! Massage was lovely! Had a good time.
