On the day, I was able to fully relax and enjoy the wide range of facilities, including the pool, sauna, and relaxation areas. The treatment itself was absolutely lovely. We had a back massage, he’d massage and foot massage, which left us feeling completely refreshed and pampered. The therapist was professional and made sure we were comfortable throughout the experience. The whole day felt like a real escape from everyday stress. The voucher included full use of the spa facilities, and there was even a café on-site where I enjoyed a light lunch and drink. Brilliant offer went smoothly and fab place

The Spa was as you woudl expect with The Bannatyne we enjoyed our experience and got to use the facilities. The treatment was good and we got a free voucher for my husband to return. There was the option to do a class also.

We had booked a couple of months in advance but from the minute we arrived we knew it was going to be a fantastic day! We used the relaxation rooms (divine!), the swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. All were spotless and clean. The staff were friendly yet professional and the dressing gown super fluffy. The highlights were the facial which was just the most relaxing one I have ever had and the dinner. Dinner itself was so yummy. No small portions here, we left feeling full and content. I had the chicken and caramel apple slice - both highly recommended. A great spa day overall!!

Thoroughly enjoyed this spa break. The hotel was beautiful and our room was spacious. Had the facial which was great and really loved the relaxation room. The staff were friendly and helpful and the three course dinner that was included had lots of delicious options. Will definitely be booking again.
