The award-winning Bond Street Distillery is Hinckley’s first-ever gin distillery that creates a variety of innovative and beautifully flavoured gins. Come along and learn all about their unique gin distilling process and bottle up your own blend at the Bond Street Gin School. You’ll get things started with a meet and greet and a refreshing G&T before an insight into Bond Street's backstory, the history of gin and a tour of their distillery. Learn how the distillery blends its gins in a 700-litre copper still while an expert details the practical and theoretical process of distilling. Your three-hour tour and tasting continues in the Bond Street Gin School, where you'll blend, label and bottle your own 70cl gin. Learn about the key botanicals used in gin distillation and bring together the right balance of favour combinations whilst tasting the wonderful gins made at Bond Street!
