We haven’t had our Red Bus Afternoon Tea just yet….this review is to celebrate the way in which Kenny and his team dealt with a problem with our booking. I made a complaint about service and the response was prompt, kind, generous and thoroughly professional. Based on our experience I would recommend this company to anyone, everyone, for integrity and customer care.

Stayed in Leeds Novotel. Room was really nice and emaculately clean. The restaurant and food was fantastic. Our whole stay was very enjoyable and we would love to stay there again.Location to the city centre is only a 5 minute walk. Would highly recommendx

Apart from a mix up when we booked in. We had booked one extra day! The receptionist was looking at the wrong name. We enjoyed our stay,hotel staff were all brilliant. Definitely would recommend and stay again!

Had a lovely weekend at the Beaumont in Sittingbourne. The hosts, Dom and Gabby, we're very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were very good quality. Well situated for sightseeing in Kent

Lovely hotel with lots of history attached to it, it was the home of Stuart Sutcliffe (the '5th Beatle'). Lots of interesting memorabilia around the hotel, a must for any Beatles fan! Nice room, spotlessly clean. Excellent breakfast, loads of food, all perfectly cooked. Really friendly staff. Right opposite Sefton Park, which is a beautiful place to wander around, (to walk off the breakfast!). We drove into the centre of Liverpool during the day, cost of parking varied between £10-£13, and used Uber's on the evening, £11-£12. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Liverpool.

Lovely authentic caravan. Very cosy. Showers and toilet block spotlessly clean . Site very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location with public transport at top of road . Would definitely go again. Great value for money

Lord Kitchener's Hotel was very good. Friendly, nice room and breakfast.

We had the best time relaxed chatted swam and ate good food

Hilarious evening that brought the TV series to life. Actors were fantastic and we became part of the performance with their interaction. Food was surprisingly good too, though if you sleeping in the President Hotel, bear in mind the rooms have no air conditioning which on the hot night we stayed there was unpleasant.

Family enjoyed this gift and said the tea was really good. They enjoyed the spa and felt totally spoiled and relaxed.

Got the family pass as a gift to my wife and son, visited the historuc dockyard same day and got our annual passes,brillant!
