Very nice stay

Lovely venue at Stan hill court although an extra supplement was needed above the price of the voucher. Good venue, good food and a free upgrade for a wedding anniversary although no reference to the anniversary and no other freebies which we usually get from Other hotels! Menu wasn’t huge but the food was excellent and really well presented. Lovely location although you have to pay £10 for parking above the cost of the voucher and the extra charge!

Included in the voucher were 2 25 mins spa treatments- we upgraded one for £10 and the treatments were exquisite! Check in to the hotel at 3 but spa facilities access from 9am until 8pm the following day... there alone we got our monies worth. Free room upgrade AND half board (£25 each off the evening meal) was a very pleasant surprise especially as the food was delicious and sustainably sourced. The room was quiet and spacious with lots of luxury extras like slippers, robe, l'or coffee machine. Just a beautiful break away, we will definitely book again

Fantastic evening of intrigue, good company and excellent food. The actors were superb and engaging making the evening fly. The hotel was lovely, room was very comfortable and the staff were friendly. Definitely recommend the Murder Mystery experience.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating at Caffe Concerto. Delicious sandwiches and a good variety of cakes. Was way too much for two people to eat so they kindly boxed up the leftover scones and cakes for us to the home. The only issue I had was the original gift voucher was for an afternoon tea at Harvey Nicks and this was impossible to book - there was no availability at all and the buyagift team were no help at all so in the end I exchanged the gift for afternoon tea at Caffe Concerto. For this reason I would highly recommend Caffe Concerto but not buyagift as they were no help at all when I needed it.

I brought this experience for my husband’s 50th Birthday surprise. We had a fabulous stay, the staff were exceptional & really stand out, especially the restaurant manager (Ruby I think) who went above & beyond to ensure we had a wonderful evening, she is such an asset to the restaurant. Our food was delicious, wine was good & service impeccable. Our room was ok, we were hoping to be in the main building, it were in the Priory which is a separate building, the room needed a little TLC, especially in the bathroom, it was overall clean & comfortable with a beautiful window seat. We had a lovely stay.
