We loved spending the night, food was tasty, venue was quiet, good atmosphere and nice breakfast.

This was brought for us by our son, we chose to go to Bristol and had a great few days wandering around the city. The hotel couldn’t fault, we even got a free upgrade. Thank you.

Thoroughly enjoyed this spa break. The hotel was beautiful and our room was spacious. Had the facial which was great and really loved the relaxation room. The staff were friendly and helpful and the three course dinner that was included had lots of delicious options. Will definitely be booking again.

It was a very lovely place to stay from the start to begining ,if anything to complain about was the pillows in the bedroom,they were very hard and found it difficult to sleep,the spa areas was bit too busy but still had a lovely time,we will be back again

Everything we expected and more!

We had a three day trip to Edinburgh. We stayed at the Palmerston suites we were greeted by the very polite Ramana. After reading reviews of where we were staying honestly we were not looking forward to it. But on arrival at our room we were pleasantly surprised. A nice big window I lovely comfortable bed with white bedding a very useful kitchenette and a bathroom that was much needed. In fact it had everything we needed clean and well presented. If we come back to Edinburgh, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Edinburgh was amazing the architecture the buildings the scenery the garden is absolutely fantastic. We loved it all.
