Booking with buy a gift was easy problem free and we were so pleased with our choice of hotel which was excellent.

The park is set in lovely surroundings. The owners are friendly and knowledgeable.

We spent two nights in the West cliff Premier Inn ,in Bournemouth. The hotel is clean ,well run and the evening meal ( gammon and chips ) and then the cooked breakfast we had were lovely . Staff are friendly . Parking is extra at 10 pound for 24 hours in an underground secure carpark. The buy a gift experience was easy to exchange for our hotel and then add to for any extra money.

We were given a room in the annexe next to The Malthouse, as we'd noticed they have a lot of live music. The room was perfect - comfortable and warm enough with a nice ensuite bathroom. Plenty of choice at breakfast in the main hotel, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Ironbridge is a pretty town with river walks and plenty to explore. Many thanks for a relaxing break!

At this present time the hotel is very nice with very pleasant staff.

Thoroughly enjoyed this spa break. The hotel was beautiful and our room was spacious. Had the facial which was great and really loved the relaxation room. The staff were friendly and helpful and the three course dinner that was included had lots of delicious options. Will definitely be booking again.

Amazing stay and treatments Such a great get away with treatments and was needed after a busy month at work Golf was a bonus as my partner loves I love the dinner /breakfast Came away feeling totaly relaxed and rejuvenated
