Bought as xmas gift from grandkids. What a wonderful gift

Beautiful location and great service and afternoon tea experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Hatton Court Hotel in November 2025. The staff were friendly , polite and very helpful, the bedrooms were spacious, the food was very well presented and it was delicious. The deal we had was for 2 nights' stay with breakfast included on both mornings and £25 towards 1 evenings' meal. Afternoon tea was also included. As the restaurant was so good, we actually ate at the hotel on the second night too. Although the hotel is a little remote, there are some great views of the town and surrounding countryside. We visited Gloucester Docks and Gloucester Cathedral too. Well worth a visit. Looking forward to our next visit. We highly recommend The Hatton Court Hotel.

My friends bought me a theatre voucher for my 60th birthday. Although the choice of shows is limited, there were plenty that we wanted to see. The main problem was that we can only go to London on Saturdays and, as you would expect, most of the shows were sold out. The price to upgrade to extend the tickets was crazy so in the end we plumped for Wicked as it was the only show with seats available. Similarly the only seats you could buy with the voucher we had were literally the furthest possible from the stage, and again the price to upgrade was crazy. However we could still see and definitely hear everything. The show itself was incredible- the theatre front of house staff were all lovely and very welcoming and the show was phenomenal. A fantastic gift!!

Great hotel staff very professional faculties suoerb

Fantastic evening of intrigue, good company and excellent food. The actors were superb and engaging making the evening fly. The hotel was lovely, room was very comfortable and the staff were friendly. Definitely recommend the Murder Mystery experience.

The Camelia Hotel in Southend was a welcoming and excellent place to stay. I would highly recommend it, especially for its outstanding restaurant, which offers high-quality dining for hotel guests.

Hotel is only a few minutes from Ilkley town centre so is ideally positioned. The staff at the hotel were all friendly and professional. The room was excellent and the breakfast buffet was well stocked. All in all we had a wonderful stay

Absolutely amazing time! We had so much time. We weren’t rushed, great tuition lots of help and lots of laughs. Nothing was too much trouble. Very accommodating, friendly, totally recommend. Never done it before and found it very relaxing and therapeutic. Even produced a pot at the end.

Using the gift voucher was so easy, when I needed to extend due to illness, staff were very helpful. Will definitely buy another. The choice if hotel was spectacular, the room was beautiful, the taster menu was absolutely delightful and delicious. The staff at the hotel were amazing, polite, helpful, always smiling. The young girl who did the taster menu descriptions was very engaging and passionate about the food. We will be back to stay and eat again.
