Novotel
Stayed in Leeds Novotel. Room was really nice and emaculately clean. The restaurant and food was fantastic. Our whole stay was very enjoyable and we would love to stay there again.Location to the city centre is only a 5 minute walk. Would highly recommendx

A very comfortable stay
We were given a room in the annexe next to The Malthouse, as we'd noticed they have a lot of live music. The room was perfect - comfortable and warm enough with a nice ensuite bathroom. Plenty of choice at breakfast in the main hotel, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Ironbridge is a pretty town with river walks and plenty to explore. Many thanks for a relaxing break!

Lovely authentic caravan. Very cosy. Showers and toilet block spotlessly clean . Site very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location with public transport at top of road . Would definitely go again.

I honestly can’t highly recommend this place enough. Me and my partner broke down on the way hear and thought we wouldn’t make it to our booking. The staff were amazing. When we arrived late the staff were so friendly. The glamping pods are just what you need very spacious and look out onto the lake. So beautiful in a morning.

The carpark was a bit expensive at £25 per night and only 16 spaces but better than leaving in an insecure space.

Birthday Gift
We went here on my birthday, and it was absolutely amazing. I cannot praise the staff highly enough, who went above and beyond to make it very special for me, from a room upgrade to a four poster , very large room, to balloons and a card in the room. There is free WiFi in all areas. Evening meal was really good, we chose the ribeye steaks which were cooked to perfection. Breakfast the next day was very good, with a choice from the buffet. We were allowed to leave our car in their car park while we went into Chester for the day, as there are bus stops almost outside the hotel.
Please remember that this is a nineteenth century hotel, not a modern travelogue, and as such has quirks (which we love).
All in all a fantastic birthday with remarkable staff.
