Far too exceeded our expectations
Our 3 hour experience was absolutely amazing.
Set in the garden of the Mole Trap pub in Epping Forest. Laura, the falconer was full of fascinating facts about these amazing birds. We were able to hold several birds, including an enormous bald eagle, various owls and a Harris hawk. We had the opportunity to have some of the birds fly to our gloved hand.
The location was in the middle of nowhere, but had the added bonus of the pub to enjoy a meal after. Thoroughly recommend.

BB Falconry very, very knowledgeable about all birds and made the visit very enjoyable with close contact with the birds and several demonstrations. Would highly recommend to any nature lovers.

Great Day
Mercer Falconry owner Dan, is full of knowledge and enthusiasm. He makes the session entertaining and everyone got to handle the birds, despite there being 30 people at the event. The birds are really well looked after and it is great to share in Dans enthusiasm and love for his craft.

Amazing
My 13-year-old and I had an amazing time on the meerkat experience. We went into three different enclosures where the meerkats climbed on us, sat on us and we got to feed them. We were really lucky as in the last enclosure there were three babies (6 wks) who also climbed on us and wanted lots of snuggles. Our guide was Charlotte who was fab and very knowledgeable. The actual zoo is great too with lots of different animals to see and some to handfeed as well. Definitely recommend this experience gift, and Hoo Zoo

A wonderful experience for a gift
I attended the Falconry experience at Stratford Park Hotel , what a wonderful three hours. The Falconer was so knowledgeable, had endless amusing anecdotes and information and connected so well with the participants. The birds were so beautiful and to be able to get close to them and take part in the feeding of them was a joy . I thoroughly recommend the experience.

Great experience
Received this experience as a gift and can say it was a lovely trip. Our guide Oli was very polite, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the birds. The other staff members were also as lovely. The whole centre is well worth a visit as loads of other animals to see and the coolings shop also has lovely items & the cafe also nice. A really lovely day out thank you.

Brilliant afternoon of falconry.
What a great 4 hrs, beautiful summer day surrounded with beautiful birds, Jon was a perfect host, full of knowledge and anecdotes, expertly handling the birds with his expert sidekick. Having the birds fly in to you was amazing, feeling the weight of these magnificent birds on your gloved hand was certainty an experience I will not forget.
