Loved it all over again!
We’ve been about 5 times over the years & being totally honest, the last couple of visits have been fine but the spa was looking tatty as were the big pool beds.
We went yesterday & everything was better, revamped changing room, warmer temp in little pool, newer beds at the big pool & music, lights etc all fully working in all rooms.
We really enjoyed it & the afternoon tea was fab as it always is.
Staff were welcoming & helpful & we will visit again, thanks

Lovely afternoon tea
Really enjoyed our champagne afternoon tea, especially the savoury items. They were fresh and so tasty. Lovely that it was different to your traditional afternoon tea sandwiches. Great atmosphere as always and friendly and attentive staff.

Unique Afternoon Tea
Delicious offering from Harry Ramsden’s.
Plenty of food including fish and chips, mushy peas, fish cake, tartare sauce, mini prawn cocktails and crayfish tails served on small brioche buns.
The beef croquettes were not available but we were offered a choice of one of four alternatives.
Dessert was a ramekin of clotted cream ice cream with a strawberry, plus two strawberry macarons.
Drinks included in the offer are a choice between tea, coffee, water or soft drinks.
We chose the Blackpool restaurant that is well set out.
Overall it was an afternoon tea with a difference that we both enjoyed and we definitely didn’t leave hungry!
