We went to Bristol Harvey Nichols as the London option wasn't available. It was very easy to book. When we arrived the staff were very welcoming and attentive. The menu choice was really good which i hadn't expected as it was a set menu. We could pay extra for extras if we wanted to. We had a 2 hour time slot,but didn't feel rushed. Overall it was a lovely experience and I would highly recommend.

Wonderful trade-off
We were originally gifted a voucher for a cream tea, but there was no venue nearby which we fancied, so we swapped it for a Vaasu experience - and it was fabulous. The food is exquisite and the service impeccable....and the great man himself was in the kitchen that day, so we felt very lucky. Excellent value, and the customer service we got when swapping the voucher was excellent.

Super Setting
Platform 7 at The Claremont offers a truly memorable dining experience. We visited for a lunchtime dinner (covering both services), and the entire experience was top-notch.
The menu provided delicious options, and our meal was genuinely tasty and well-prepared. However, the standout feature of the visit was the excellent service, particularly from our server, Cyan. Cyan was attentive, professional, and made the dining experience smooth and welcoming.
If you are looking for a fantastic meal paired with great service in a stylish setting, Platform 7 is highly recommended as this is our 4th time visiting for lunch.
