My boyfriend and I were given this voucher for Christmas and decided to use it in Bath on Good Friday. It felt like a real treat! In the S&L, the staff were attentive, and the food was delicious and plentiful. We also had two soft or hot drinks included. Highly recommended!

The atmosphere was warm, elegant, and inviting. The selection of teas wasn’t too impressive, but it’s more than enough to suit every taste, considering the price. Food was great, beautifully presented on tiered stand. Love the freshly baked scones. We did encounter a small issue when redeeming the gift card, but customer service resolved it quickly, so it wasn’t a major problem. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

We had a fantastic day at Shawsgate Vineyard. The tour was extremely informative and the guide was knowledgeable and entertaining. The lunch consisted of cheese, ham, salad and bread with a delicious cheesecake for dessert. There was no choice, but the food was good. The wine tasting involved quite a lot of wine, and we were able to choose a glass of our favourite for lunch - something to consider if you are driving! I would highly recommend this!

Booked via Buyagift, on arrival the table already setup with the specific Buyagift 2/3 course menu. Although not all the usual mains available to choose from but still has enough variety. Desserts really nice. Overall very good value.

Quite a proper setting for afternoon. Shown into the dining room then the server co es round to take your order. The service is quite quick and the food is delightful.

What a find this place is! In a lovely quiet, picturesque village in an imposing stone residence. The Afternoon tea was lovely, all freshly made with tasteful finger sandwiches, home baked quiche, cakes and deserts it was very special and plentiful. Afterwards we went to the attached farm type shop and purchased the home made jams and chutneys that were used in the tea. It was very well stocked from artisan type bread through cakes, jams, chutney, free range eggs & honey to fresh fruit and vegetables all sourced from the local area.

Very nice food. The chicken, beef & pulled pork. Complimented well with very nice desserts.
