Lovely setting that would benefit from some TLC Friendly and helpful staff . The therapist and the treatments were lovely as was the afternoon tea. Will definitely recommend this spa experience and will be re booking myself soon

Spa treatments
We loved every minute of our treatments I had the hot stone massage and my husband had the back ,neck and shoulder one, both of us felt so relaxed afterwards. The staff was lovely and so helpful we'll definitely be going back in the future 5 stars from us

Perfect treat for me and my mum
We had an incredible day. Started with an hour spent in the pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and ice room. Then onto our treatment. We chose the facial which was amazing. I spent 45 mins in the relaxation room whilst my mum had her facial and she was able to sit in the coffee area whilst I had mine. Then we sat for our afternoon tea which was lovely. Unlimited refill of the tea. We were then able to go back into the pool after but had to pick kids up from school. Definitely recommend this package

We really enjoyed our spa day with afternoon tea at Mercure Blackburn Dunkenhalgh Hotel. The staff were so friendly and polite. The facilities were excellent and the afternoon tea was fantastic. They catered brilliantly for my dairy free diet. Compliments to the chef.

A lovely experience. All staff very professional and helpful.
Spa and treatment was clean and quite spacious.
Afternoon tea was very good and catered for vegetarians.
