Girly time!
My mum myself and my daughter came for a treat before going back to work after the school holidays. The back,neck,shoulders and head massage was absolutely wonderful, we all agreed that we could have laid on the treatment bed all day! The ladies who looked after us throughout our vist were friendly and helpful .
My only concern for the visit was that the jacuzzi was based inside the swimming pool so the temperature of the water was the same although it wouldnt stop us visiting again.

Great Day Out
We had a lovely time at the Mecure. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The gym and spa facilities were excellent and the Afternoon Tea was simply delicious. Well done Mecure!!

Absolutely lovely!
The spa facilities were clean and spacious, could do with more beds/chairs around pool area , we and others were unable to get one . Our booked treatments were great, not rushed and left you feeling so relaxed and refreshed.

Spa treatments
We loved every minute of our treatments I had the hot stone massage and my husband had the back ,neck and shoulder one, both of us felt so relaxed afterwards. The staff was lovely and so helpful we'll definitely be going back in the future 5 stars from us

Lovely setting that would benefit from some TLC Friendly and helpful staff . The therapist and the treatments were lovely as was the afternoon tea. Will definitely recommend this spa experience and will be re booking myself soon

Wonderful gift
The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. We were greeted with a welcome coffee, before a totally relaxed spa session and one of the best back massages I have ever had. Thank you to my gorgeous daughter for treating her mum and man.

Wonderful relaxing day out
My friend and I bought the Afternoon tea and spa package for £36, which was half the direct hotel price and were really impressed.
The afternoon tea, sandwiches, cakes were lovely. We wished it came with a cafeteire if coffee or a teapot but happy with 1 coffee each.
The pool area was clean, lovely loungers to relax into.
The pool was too cold, as commented by other women so we didn't swim but relaxed at the side instead.
It was easy to book with Buy a gift company and I would use them again, I just wouldn't go back to the this spa again

Birthday gift surprise
I bought the voucher through buy a gift. It was easy to redeem and promptly organised by the team at Holland House and Spa.
The staff were helpful, polite and guided us with ease into our experience. I also emailed to say it was for a special birthday and the restaurant team made it extra special with a surprise birthday slate. Afternoon tea was just enough and had a lovely variety of mixed sandwiches and mini bite sized cakes.
We would like to thank all that we're involved making my friends birthday a memorable experience.
