Black Friday Mercure

I was given a voucher for mother's day and decided to go for afternoon tea. I took my husband and we had an amazing afternoon. It was easy to book and the food was lovely.

The place was easy to find. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was nice to have some time away from daily life and have some down time. Value for the money

We had an incredible day. Started with an hour spent in the pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and ice room. Then onto our treatment. We chose the facial which was amazing. I spent 45 mins in the relaxation room whilst my mum had her facial and she was able to sit in the coffee area whilst I had mine. Then we sat for our afternoon tea which was lovely. Unlimited refill of the tea. We were then able to go back into the pool after but had to pick kids up from school. Definitely recommend this package

I have now bought 4 of these spa packages, it is fantastic value, so easy to book. Absolutely worth every penny.

The whole experience was fantastic. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming.

Lovely spa day very relaxing and enjoyable. Pool, sauna and hot tub clean and not overly crowded. Great treatment from Lucy.

Lovely setting that would benefit from some TLC Friendly and helpful staff . The therapist and the treatments were lovely as was the afternoon tea. Will definitely recommend this spa experience and will be re booking myself soon

A lovely experience. All staff very professional and helpful. Spa and treatment was clean and quite spacious. Afternoon tea was very good and catered for vegetarians. I will definitely be booking to go here again.

Treated by our daughter to a lovely spa with afternoon tea. Great facilities, lovely steam rooms and the most relaxing facial and massage. Afternoon tea washed down with Prosecco . Spent the night in a very spacious room and rounded off by a fantastic breakfast . Perfect treat
