Such a good experience. Very well organised, lovely staff and facilities and great massages for both me and my husband. We will definitely be going back.

My mum myself and my daughter came for a treat before going back to work after the school holidays. The back,neck,shoulders and head massage was absolutely wonderful, we all agreed that we could have laid on the treatment bed all day! The ladies who looked after us throughout our vist were friendly and helpful . My only concern for the visit was that the jacuzzi was based inside the swimming pool so the temperature of the water was the same although it wouldnt stop us visiting again.

We had a lovely time at the Mecure. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The gym and spa facilities were excellent and the Afternoon Tea was simply delicious. Well done Mecure!!

The spa facilities were clean and spacious, could do with more beds/chairs around pool area , we and others were unable to get one . Our booked treatments were great, not rushed and left you feeling so relaxed and refreshed.

Lovely setting that would benefit from some TLC Friendly and helpful staff . The therapist and the treatments were lovely as was the afternoon tea. Will definitely recommend this spa experience and will be re booking myself soon

The afternoon tea was unique and offered a mixture of rolls and sandwiches. Sweet treat where delicious.

Had a lovely day with me wife celebrating our anniversary, Staff were very friendly and helpful, the robe and towel were free so didn’t have to pay extra which is a bonus, had the option to pay £5 got a padlock for the lockers which was refundable at the end of the day. Payed extra £10 to for neck and back massage, was worth it my masseur I think was called Mai she was lovely. 2nd time going here, will be returning in the future.

The hot tub was not working properly as the jets don’t work

We loved every minute of our treatments I had the hot stone massage and my husband had the back ,neck and shoulder one, both of us felt so relaxed afterwards. The staff was lovely and so helpful we'll definitely be going back in the future 5 stars from us

I bought the voucher through buy a gift. It was easy to redeem and promptly organised by the team at Holland House and Spa. The staff were helpful, polite and guided us with ease into our experience. I also emailed to say it was for a special birthday and the restaurant team made it extra special with a surprise birthday slate. Afternoon tea was just enough and had a lovely variety of mixed sandwiches and mini bite sized cakes. We would like to thank all that we're involved making my friends birthday a memorable experience. Thank you all.
